3. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or a product significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, tags, and shipping label to help us investigate the issue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For returns due to a change of mind, size preference, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Returned products may be inspected after they reach us.

A refund or replacement will be processed only after the returned product is verified as meeting the applicable return conditions.
